Billing details
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax.
- Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated by day. Downgrades apply from the next billing period.
- Pay by card monthly, or by card or invoice on annual plans.

Who counts as an active employee?
An enabled user account in your connected directory on the day we measure, the 1st of each month. Disabled users, shared mailboxes, room and equipment resources are free.
Is there a minimum?
Starter and Growth bill a minimum of 10 active employees. A 7 person company pays for 10.
What happens when we hire mid-month?
New employees are added at the next monthly count. On annual plans we true-up once per quarter, prorated by day.
Does the price include Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licenses?
No. You keep buying those from Microsoft, Google or your reseller. IgniteMatrix shows what they cost; it does not resell them.
Can we get a refund?
Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date. Annual plans have terms described in our Refund Policy.
