Connect your directory
A global admin signs in to Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace and grants consent. The connection starts read-only.

Admin access to your company is a serious thing to hand over
Here is exactly how IgniteMatrix handles it.
- Smallest scopes we can ask for
- Read scopes for directory, licenses and devices. Write scopes are requested separately, only when you turn on automated steps.
- People approve changes
- Every write action needs a named approver. Roles are Owner, Approver, Operator and Viewer.
- Encryption
- TLS 1.2 or higher in transit, AES-256 at rest. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and never shown in the interface.
- No file or email contents
- We read account and device metadata. We do not read the body of emails or the contents of documents.
- Export and deletion
- Export everything as CSV or JSON at any time. Data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation, or sooner on request.
- Support response
- Email support replies within 1 business day on Starter and 4 business hours on Growth.
Questions we get before a trial
Which directories does IgniteMatrix connect to?
Microsoft Entra ID (for Microsoft 365) and Google Workspace. You connect with an admin consent screen; there is no agent to install on servers. Intune device data is read through the same Microsoft connection.
Can it change anything without my approval?
No. New connections start read-only. Write actions such as revoking sessions, removing licenses or transferring files run only after a person with the Approver role confirms the checklist.
How is billing counted?
Per active employee per month. An active employee is an enabled user account in your connected directory. Disabled accounts, shared mailboxes and room resources are not counted.
Do you replace our IT provider?
IgniteMatrix is software you or your IT provider operate. Many small companies run it themselves; IT providers use it to manage several client tenants from one login.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
You can export employees, checklists, device records and the audit log as CSV or JSON at any time. After cancellation we delete your workspace data within 30 days.
Is there a minimum contract?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the billing period. Annual plans are billed upfront at a 15% discount. See the Refund Policy for details.
